Is this a match?

The most important basics – so we both know if it could work.

• 📍 Location: You can see yourself in our Cologne office (Belgisches Viertel) or Berlin Office (Mitte) and are able to come in at least days a week.
• 🛠️ Experience: You bring 2–5 years of experience in key-account management and feel confident in the role.
• 🇩🇪🇬🇧 Languages are no problem: You speak German and English fluently.
• ⚽ You know football: Amateur football isn't new to you – you've played yourself, are a club member or a fan with a real feel for what happens on and off the pitch.
• 🚀 Startup spirit: You'd rather shape things than just tick boxes – even when that means figuring stuff out without a finished roadmap. </aside>

• We have grown significantly over the past few months and have secured several major partners, whom we support closely. At the same time, our projects are becoming increasingly bespoke and demanding – rather than offering standard solutions, we work with our partners to develop and implement tailor-made concepts.
• To ensure we can maintain this standard during the next phase of growth and successfully build further partnerships, we are looking to expand our team.

⚽ How you'll make a difference

This is how you move our mission forward every day.

• You will manage brand partnerships on an operational level – from the kick-off through to implementation and evaluation.
• No two projects are the same: you will develop bespoke concepts and solutions for our partners.
• You will manage your own portfolio of partner accounts, working closely with our Senior Partnership Manager.
• You will build strong relationships with our contacts on the partner side and develop these over the long term.
• You’ll analyse KPIs, produce reports and identify specific opportunities for optimisation in ongoing partnerships.
• You’ll work closely with the Creative, Marketing and Platform Management teams to successfully bring projects to fruition.
• You will identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and develop new marketing strategies for the Prematch ecosystem.
• You will play an active role in shaping our processes within the Partnership Team and test new ideas and approaches based on data.

💪 What you bring to the table

• Project management: Proven ability to manage projects independently – on time, on brief, on budget
• Creativity and flexibility: You know that no two briefs are the same – and that’s exactly what you love
• Confidence in working with KPIs and reports: You understand what the figures mean and can communicate them clearly
• Attention to detail and high standards: You work with precision and want the best for the community and for our partners
• Solution-oriented: You come up with options, not problems
• Impact: You’re focused on making a real impact – not just ticking boxes
• Tools: Office 365, Keynote, Pitch, Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, Confluence, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
• Initial experience in dealing with external stakeholders and customers

• Experience in the fields of media, brand marketing or sponsorship
• Experience in using AI tools

We want you to know what this role really looks like from day one.

• This is a hands-on role: you’ll spend around 30% of your time on operational tasks, with the rest devoted to project management, developing creative solutions, building relationships, analysing data and expanding our partnerships.
• You’ll be given plenty of creative freedom and take on responsibility from an early stage. If you enjoy developing solutions, making decisions and presenting results convincingly, this is the perfect role for you. </aside>
