Is this a match?
The most important basics β so we both know if it could work.
- π Location: You can see yourself in our Cologne office (Belgisches Viertel) and are able to come in at least 3 days a week.
- π οΈ Experience: You bring 1β5 years of experience in marketing communications and feel confident in the role.
- π©πͺπ¬π§ Languages are no problem: You speak German and English fluently.
- β½ You know football: Amateur football isn't new to you β you've played yourself, are a club member or a fan with a real feel for what happens on and off the pitch.
- π Startup spirit: You'd rather shape things than just tick boxes β even when that means figuring stuff out without a finished roadmap.

- Expansion and further development of communication and marketing activities with leading sports brands in the teamwear sector
- Additional marketing and communications capacity to implement campaigns and initiatives to a high standard and at a rapid pace
- Development of new communication formats, as well as the operational implementation and scaling of successful initiatives
- Analysis of the performance of implemented initiatives and identification of opportunities for optimisation
- Strengthening of the strategic partnership with leading sports brands through professional and effective activations throughout the customer journey
πͺ What you bring to the table
- Social Media & Content Marketing: You understand how content drives reach, engagement and brand impact β and can plan and implement content tailored to specific target audiences.
- Community Management: You have experience engaging with communities and know how to build and nurture relationships authentically.
- Newsletter Marketing: You know the basics of email marketing and can help with the planning, creation and optimisation of newsletters.
- Initial experience with paid ads: Youβve already had some exposure to paid campaigns and have a basic understanding of how to use and evaluate them.
- Partner management: You enjoy working with external partners, reliably coordinate arrangements and ensure professional collaboration.
- Tools: Notion, Slack, Claude
