• Founder Associate – Teamwear Community: From day one, you’ll take ownership of your own project and be responsible for building the Community vertical. With a founder’s mindset, you’ll turn first ideas into a scalable model that connects clubs, partners, and retail.
• Community Building & Management: You’ll establish a brand-new community of club representatives around teamwear, fostering exchange, interaction, and engagement, while serving as the go-to contact for members.
• Business Support: Together with the PM, you’ll translate community needs into business cases, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Tools & Clarity: You bring clarity to chaos—whether with slides, sheets, or a new tool you introduce.
